Stephen Crockford

After a decade selling luxury apartments for leading Melbourne developers, Stephen chose in 2024 to stand with clients and create greater value. He founded his own firm, first as The Downsizers Buyers Agency and now as Crockford Property Group, a principal led advisory that buys and sells premium property with precision. He leads with clear strategy, disciplined due diligence, and firm negotiation. Stephen also understands the human side. Buying or selling can feel high risk, and a single misstep can cost tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars. Many people feel anxious speaking with selling agents or fear being taken advantage of. Stephen makes the process clear and safe. You deal with him directly, not with a junior. No egos. Just straight advice, respect, and results. He is here to lift the standard of service in this industry and protect your interests at every step.

Outside of business, Stephen loves spending time with his wife and two beautiful children. He’s also a fanatical Liverpool FC supporter. You’ll see him up at 6am the morning watching the replay, screaming at the TV. Golf is his other sporting passion, where he’ll tee it up on a Wednesday morning at Keysborough golf club.
